Panne Velvet is a semi-textured crushed velour fabric that is completely wrinkle-free. This Crushed Panne Velvet 58'' is perfect for creating soft and beautiful designs. It is made of 100% polyester, making it machine-washable, and is available in a variety of gorgeous colors to suit any design scheme. With its subtle glamor, this crushed velvet is ideal for stage costumes, party apparel, and can be used for Pipe and Draping, Curtains, Wall Treatments and more.
- Fabric by the Yard is sold with a min of 2 yards - a quantity of 10 means 10 yards
- Fabric by the Bolt is sold 90 yards - a quantity of 1 means 1 bolt or 90 yards

Inherently Fire Retardant (IFR):
