2. Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States and Canada using:
UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL Freight carriers.
- Orders ship Monday–Friday.
- Processing time: approximately 5 business days.
- Peak season may extend to 10 business days or more.
Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service level regardless of method selected at checkout.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to continental U.S. orders over $50.
Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Handling fee applies.
Risk of Loss (FOB Origin)
Title and risk transfer to buyer once goods are delivered to the carrier.
Buyer is responsible for filing damage or loss claims.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Inspection Requirement
Orders must be inspected upon delivery.
Claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days.
RMA Required
All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 45% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Free shipping costs will be deducted at actual carrier rates.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or cut-to-order items
- Closeout or clearance merchandise
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged goods
Freight Deliveries
Visible damage must be documented at delivery.
Failure to note damage may void claims.
Chargeback Protection
Customers agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
Improper chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery action.
4. Product & Manufacturing Disclaimers
Color & Dye Lot Variance
Colors may vary due to lighting, monitors, and dye lots.
Dye lot continuity is not guaranteed across separate orders.
Size & Tolerance
Finished goods may vary +/- 1–2 inches due to manufacturing tolerances.
Shrinkage & Care
Improper laundering may cause shrinkage.
Shrinkage within industry tolerance is not a defect.
Fire Retardancy Disclaimer
FR/IFR properties apply only under tested conditions.
Alteration, washing, or modification may affect compliance.
Buyer is responsible for verifying local code compliance.
Installation Responsibility
Buyer assumes responsibility for safe installation and usage.
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.
Commercial & Event Use
Products used for rental or commercial purposes are considered used and non-returnable.
5. Legal Terms & Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless On The Go Linens from claims arising from misuse, improper installation, or regulatory violations.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California.
You waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
