Double Layered Cotton Gauze is a lightweight, semi-sheer fabric made of 100% cotton. This fabric is specially woven with two layers for added thickness. It is a popular choice for a variety of clothing items such as dresses, cover-ups, blouses, shirts, and skirts. When washing, keep in mind that this fabric will shrink due to its all-cotton composition. Typically known for its relaxed and "crumpled" look, double gauze is often used for comfortable and loose-fitting garments such as shirts, tees, blouses, dresses, and pajamas. It has a slight drape and holds the shape of the garment, making it perfect for flowy dresses and billowy blouses. Keep in mind that lighter colors may be slightly see-through with this fabric.
